What happens next?
You are able to monitor the status of this application in the Transactions report. In the next 3 - 5 working days We will notify your client of the outcome of the review.
If your application is successful
Confirmation of the Direct Debit instruction and schedule of payments will be sent to your client no later than 5 working days before their first payment date.
If your application is unsuccessful
Your client will receive a letter explaining our decision. Where applicable this letter will also provide the credit reference agency contact details we have used. Your client can request their information and notify for any changes.
